Can I cancel after applying for a job or request?

Yes, you can cancel before a contract is made.
Please remember to state your reason for cancelling.

How can I get a contract?

If you find a supporter or a service description suitable for what you want, you can go ahead and make a payment and the contract will be settled! Be sure to make a payment before starting supporters start their work.
