「こんにちは、私たちはドイツから来たレヴィンとデボラです。今年初めて日本を旅行し、とても気に入りました！ 滞在中、荷物を自宅に送ろうとしたのですが、うまくいきませんでした。そこで、東京在住で泉岳寺駅前郵便局に返送された荷物を受け取り、再発送してくださる方を探しています。荷物は大きく、重さ17,590グラムです。2025年2月28日にドイツへ発送しましたが、サイズオーバーのため届きませんでした。郵便局でサイズと重量を確認し、11,100円の送料を支払ったので、この結果にはとても驚いています。この荷物は6月30日まで郵便局に保管されますが、それまでに対応してくれる方が見つからない場合、廃棄されてしまいます。中身は私服や日本のお土産で、私たちにとってとても大切なものです。もし取り戻せなかったら、本当にがっかりします。このプラットフォームで助けてくださる方が見つかることを願っています。」

Hello, we are Levin and Debora from Germany. We traveled to Japan for the first time earlier this year and absolutely loved it! While we were there, we tried to send a package back home, but unfortunately, it didn’t work out as planned. Now, we’re looking for someone in Tokyo who can receive this returned package at the Sengakuji Ekimae Post Office and resend it from there. It’s a large package weighing 17,590 grams. We shipped it on February 28, 2025, to our home in Germany, but it never arrived because it exceeded size limits. We’re very surprised because we had it measured and weighed at the post office and even paid ¥11,100 for shipping. The package will be stored at the post office until June 30, and if we don’t find someone in Japan to handle it by then, it will unfortunately be discarded. It contains personal clothes and souvenirs from Japan—they mean a lot to us, and we’d be heartbroken to lose them. We’re hoping to find someone on this platform who’s willing to help us out.
