私はこの荷物の差出人です。日本郵便のお客様サービス相談センターに確認済みで、日本在住の代理人が委任状を持参することで、代理で荷物を受け取ることができるとの回答をいただいています。

荷物は現在、川崎東郵便局で保管されています。

お願いしたい内容は以下のとおりです。

1. 必要に応じて郵便局へ連絡する。
2. 川崎東郵便局で、私の代理人として荷物を受け取る。
3. 受け取った荷物をドイツへ発送する。

代理受取に必要な委任状（Power of Attorney / Bevollmächtigung）は私が用意します。

日本郵便から、委任状には以下の情報が必要と案内されています。

・日付
・委任者（私）の住所・氏名・押印
・委任する内容
・代理人の氏名・住所

受取時には、代理人ご本人の本人確認書類をご持参いただく必要があります。

荷物はそのまま発送できる状態のため、再梱包は必要ありません。

ドイツまでの国際送料は、作業料金とは別に実費でお支払いします。

追跡番号、私の住所・身分証明書、委任状などの個人情報は、依頼をお引き受けいただく方にプライベートメッセージでお送りします。

I am looking for someone residing in Japan who can collect an international parcel being held at Kawasaki Higashi Post Office on my behalf and send it to Germany.

I am the original sender of the parcel. I have already contacted Japan Post Customer Service, and they confirmed that a representative residing in Japan may collect the parcel on my behalf with a Power of Attorney.

The parcel is currently being held at Kawasaki Higashi Post Office.

The task is:

1. Contact the post office if necessary.
2. Collect the parcel from Kawasaki Higashi Post Office as my authorized representative.
3. Send the parcel to Germany.

I will prepare the required Power of Attorney (Bevollmächtigung).

Japan Post has confirmed that the Power of Attorney should contain:

* Date
* My full name, address, and seal/stamp
* The specific authority being granted
* The representative's full name and address

The representative will also need to bring their own identification document when collecting the parcel.

The parcel should already be in suitable condition for shipping, so no repacking should be necessary.

I will reimburse the full international shipping cost to Germany separately from the task fee.

For privacy, I will provide the tracking number, my address, identification documents, Power of Attorney, and other personal information only by private message after agreeing on the task.
