It really depends on the type of housekeeping or cleaning services you are requesting for. For example, cleaning a 1 bedroom or 1LDK is about 4000-5000 yen for 2 hours of cleaning. For specialised cleaning such as cleaning the indoor unit of a wall-mounted air conditioner costs around 10000 - 20000 yen. When you create a request or submit an inquiry, nothing will be charged until the final contract is made. During this stage, we suggest that you ask multiple supporters for a price quote and compare. *Cancellation is possible after submitting your request and before contract (before pre-payment is settled).
1. Select the service (supporter) of your choice click the "Request" button. 2. You will be able to chat directly with the supporters providing house keeping or cleaning services. Please inform the supporters specific details of your request, desired date and time, location, etc. You can also negotiate the price during this stage. 3. When the supporter presses the "Accept" button, you will then be able to make a payment. So once all the details are decided, please make a prepaid payment. We accept most credit cards. If you do not have a credit card, please make a bank transfer to ANYTIMES and then contact ANYTIMES support. 4. Supporters provide the housekeeping service at the scheduled date and time 5. Please be sure to leave a review after the service is finished. The supporter will only get paid after both of you have completed the review process.
We recommend choosing supporters who are certified or who are ID verified. Other than that, please choose based on service area, number of reviews etc.
Please discuss/negotiate in advance the details, such as date and time, place, transportation fee, parking fee, misc fees etc. , before making a contract.
