I damaged or stained furniture in my client’s home while providing housekeeping services. Is there any compensation for that furniture?

Yes you are covered. However, the following cases are not covered

(1) Damage caused by demolition or dismantling of leased or controlled property

(2) Damage to the leased property caused by defects in the leased property or property under management

(iii) Abrasion, wear and tear, deterioration, or defacement resulting from daily use of the leased or controlled property

(iv) Natural wear and tear of the leased or controlled property (v) Damage to the leased or controlled property

(v) Steam, mold, decay, discoloration, rust, perspiration, alteration, or other similar reasons due to the nature of the leased or controlled property (vi) Damage to the leased or controlled property

(vi) Damage discovered after 30 days from the date the leased or controlled property is returned by the insured to the lessor

(7) Damage discovered after 30 days from the date of return of the leased or managed property from the insured to the lessor
