Please refer to the following steps:
(1) Make a Request
When you find a service you are interested in, please contact the supporter for a consultation.
Tap the “Request Consultation” button in the ticket details. No official commitment is needed at this level, and no contract has been established.
(2) Communicate with the service provider.
Please coordinate the schedule and work out the terms and conditions of the job in the chat room.
(3) Make payment
If the conditions match and your purchase application is approved by the supporter, you are required to make an advance payment to bind the contract. Once the payment is completed, the contract is established. Your funds will be held by ANYTIMES until the job is completed and that you and the supporter both reviewed each other.
*For your safety and security, ID verification is required depending on the contents of the job (jobs with a total value over 20,000 yen, etc.).
(4) Execution of the job
Finally, the job is ready to be executed.
If you need to contact the supporter beforehand, please do so via the chatroom.
(5) Completion & Evaluation
After the job is completed, please review each other! After both you and the supporter has submitted a review, the job is considered officially completed. Only then will the supporter get paid for the job.
