Normally, a cancellation system fee (15% of the contract amount) will be charged to the party who offers cancellation after contract is established, but no cancellation system fee will be charged in the event of infection with COVID-19, whether by the other user or by yourself.
Please inform the other user of your postponement or cancellation via “messages” as soon as possible, and if necessary, contact ANYTIMES support as well.
Please note that cancellations due to infection with a new viral disease are considered unavoidable circumstances, and we ask that the user on the receiving end of the the cancellation be considerate of the other user.
Please note that in some cases, we may ask you to submit a positive results certificate.
