If you have mistakenly rated/reviewed someone yourself, please contact the ANYTIMES office at support@anytimes.co.jp.
As for the case where you want to change your client/requester’s review, we are not able to do so in principle, except for obviously untrue content, harassment, etc.
We would appreciate your understanding that ANYTIMES office cannot forcibly manipulate reviews, etc., as this would affect the credibility of our platform as a whole.
